Stationery & Branding Details:
Direction and Inspiration: We were inspired by the wallpaper at the venue. A classic Chinoiserie mural with organic trees and birds. We knew that we wanted to incorporate that detail throughout while keeping the rest of the suite classic.
Main Invitation: Letterpress on ecru paper, finished with a beveled edge and painting.
Palette: Forest Green and Ivory.
Branding Details: The typography played as much as a role as the pattern in this suite. Emily opted for an all-script invitation suite using a font that felt fresh but still stayed true to the look and feel of a traditional script font. We carried that through from save the date through day-of and it makes this suite stand out it my mind.
OTD’s Favorite Detail: The font!! Emily and Danny’s invitation suite made me fall head-over-heels for this typeface. It was our first opportunity to use it and I’ve been smitten with it since.
