On Three Designs will bring a fully packed suite to USPS for a domestic and international (if applicable) postage quote
Domestic postage will be purchased on your behalf and charged separately*
(and if you have international guests, we work with you to determine best practice for return postage)Appropriate postage is applied to both mailing and RSVP envelopes
Each invitation suite is packed with the correct enclosure cards as shown in approved design proof**
Each household’s invitation contents and postage are double-checked prior to sealing
An envelope is test sealed to ensure proper adhesion
Each household’s envelope is fully sealed and prepped for mailing
On Three Designs will hand-deliver sealed invitation suites to our trusted USPS branch for hand-canceling***
Additional unaddressed sets will be sent to your provided shipping address (shipping rates will be provided at this time) or will be available for pick-up from our St. Louis office
*Please note: Cost of postage is NOT included in above cost. Postage will be charged to you, at retail cost, separately.
**Please note: On Three Designs charges an additional fee for organizing variable guest lists. For example, a welcome party invitation that is sent to immediate family and friends only. For more information, contact On Three Designs.
***Please note: With Fulfillment Service, On Three Designs requires hand canceling for each invitation suite (additional postage rates apply)
